You can call our office to do a check by phone payment free of charge. We will need your routing number and checking account number to do this transaction. Our customer service representative will give you a confirmation number. Contact our office at (504) 834-9400.
AUTO
We offer AW(AutoWithdrawal) payments which debits your payments automatically every month. You can sign up with your agent at the time you sign your contract or call our office and we will be glad to send you the forms.

We now accept payments by web. Please call and speak to one of our customer service representatives to make sure your policy is still active. If you choose this method of payment, payment is not processed until you receive a confirmation number via e-mail. If your policy is cancelled, we will notify you by e-mail.
